As we dive into the first quarter of 2021, Sensor Tower's data gives us a snapshot of the Simulation/Adventure gaming category on the iOS platform in the United Kingdom. Here's how the top five games in this genre fared.

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery saw fluctuating revenue, peaking at approximately $84K in the week of February 8 and then tapering off to around $61K by the end of March. Downloads showed a downward trend from 16K at the year's start to just over 6K by the end of March, while weekly active users (WAUs) decreased from 70K to 63K in the same period.

For Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, revenue also varied, with a high of nearly $14K in late February and ending the quarter at around $13K. The game experienced a slight decrease in downloads, starting at 12K and dipping to 5K by March's close. WAUs saw a decrease from 70K to 59K over the quarter.

Scary Teacher 3D had modest revenue figures, peaking at $901 in late February and closing the quarter with $345. The download count for the game started at approximately 8K and saw a slight decrease to 3K, while WAUs dropped from 48K to 39K over the same timeframe.

PK XD: Fun, friends & games showed an interesting revenue trend with a peak at nearly $10K in mid-February and settling at around $6K by the quarter's end. Downloads were highest at the beginning of January with over 6K, but saw a slight decline to 4K by March. WAUs showed a positive trajectory from 32K to 43K, indicating growing engagement.

Lastly, Hollywood Story®: Fashion Star presented a revenue peak at $14K in early February, followed by a dip to approximately $9K by March's end. Downloads surged in late January to over 6K but then fell to 3.5K by the close of the quarter, while WAUs increased from 18K to 35K, suggesting a solid user base.
